This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to fees and payments made to Birla Open Mind School through our website and online payment gateway.
School fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable, as they are used to reserve a seat and provide educational services. However, refunds may be considered in the specific situations below.
If you pay an amount higher than the fee due, or pay for the wrong student, please contact the school office immediately with the transaction ID. Verified excess amounts will be refunded or adjusted against future fees, at the parent's option.
Requests for admission cancellation or withdrawal are handled as per the school's admission rules. Registration, admission and processing fees are non-refundable. Any refundable component (such as a caution/security deposit) will be returned as per school policy after adjustments.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (card / UPI / bank account) used for the transaction. Cash refunds are not provided for online payments.
